We have two industrial sized state of the art spray booths onsite which have built in bake cycles to assist with curing the paint products. With our qualified spray painters on site which have a combined 70+ years of experience in the industry this ensures our customers the best quality every time. We offer a fast turnaround to our customers; as we understand that time off the road costs you and your company money.
SPRAY/BLAST BOOTH SIZING:
- 8.4 Meters Long x 5 Meters Wide x 4.5 Meters High (baking facility)
- 15 Meters Long x 5.5 Meter Wide x 5 Meters High (baking facility)
- Sandblasting Booth
We use a wide range of protective coatings and paint products such as; Temperature Resistant Coatings, PPG Amerlock 400, Polyurethane, Interzinc & Interfine, High Build Epoxy, Zinc Rich Protective Coatings, Dulux Luxathane, Valspar Industrial Mix, Direct to Metal, Debeer, House of Kolor, Valspar, Wattyl & Colourthane.
Our quality finish is straight off the gun with zero to minimal buffing required. We also have the ability to complete one off jobs for owner operators or fleet customers.
